Mommie had to come home today

cause she wasn't feeling very good. It was a beautiful day so she sat outside wiff us. I made sure dat I didn't annoy her, but Frogknot was a different story. I fink dat he does eberyfing in da world wrong sometimes!! Mommie had to keep getting up and taking one fing or another out ob his mouff! Dis boy eben wanted to eat dirt clods. Mommie said dat maybe he weally wanted to be an earth worm and he's just practicing!!

Our Wazy Sunday

It is a beautiful day today so I'm teaching the tadpole the ropes to great outdoor living. Da first fing dat we did was sit down and watch mommie scooping poop!

I am teaching Frog to rewax and waff more!! Dis is one ob my best smiles!!

Frog is weally busy exploring da backyard and he's getting better and better at being away from mommie's side!!

We had some company dis morning and at first Frog was scared, but den when he saw dat I wasn't scared at all den he wanted to pway too. We had a nice visit!

After dey weft den we did what we do best! We slept!

Another fing - Frogknot had to take a baff today. Dis made him weally crabby and scared. He screamed throug the whole fing. I neber heard of a dog dat was scared to take a baff!! I wub baffs!

We ordered mommie's Mother's day present today from Milo's mommie! We fought dat it was da weast we could do considering mommie buys our kibble and scoops our poop (and we waff while she does it) so mommie is getting a nice bracelet from CharmingMilo cause we wub our mommie wots and wots!

We were weading Milo's diary

We weally wike to wead it, and normally we're all caught up on our weading, but it takes about free eyes to keep up wiff Frogknot, so we were a widdle behind! First off, happy birfday, Milo!! (I fink my mommie emailed your mommie, but I figured dat I should tell you happy birfday too!) Mommie wubs to wead milo's diary, Milo'sPage out loud and she waffs and waffs. Milo just has dis way wiff words!!

Anyway, dis is da fing! One one ob Milo's posts we saw dat Milo's mommie opened a new on-wine store and it's named after Milo!! I'm not sure dat dis is fair cause I don't hab a store, but well, Milo is older den me, so I guess it's just not my turn yet! We clicked on da wink and wooked at all da cool stuff at CharmingMilo!! Mommie is trying to decide if we want to order da ice cream cone bracelet or da angel one. Or I fink dat she might eben email Milo's mommie and ask if she takes special orders. I fink dat momie wants a frog! We kind ob hab dis frog finggie going on wight now!! I fink dat eberybody should take a wook, Mother's day is coming up soon and we should be finking ob special gifts for our mommies!! It might be cool if all our mommie's had new bracelets matching bracelets!!

Also today we took da tadpole into the doctor's office for his widdle "meet and greet" socialization fing. Frog weighs in at a whopping 4 lbs 1 ounce. I fink dat he might need a diet, but mommie says dat he's just fine. He's going to be 4 months old on Monday. Where does dis time go??


Den afterward Frog got to go to da petstore and pick out a new collar. He picked out a widdle wadybug Lupine collar. It's very nice. It's green and red!

He looks very good in it too!!

Dis is widdle baby Frogknot and his brother and two sisters. I know dat eberybody can identify which one is Frog because I so cleverly placed his name in da picture so dat you'd know who he is. Ob course he's so good looking dat you woulda known him anyway!!

Dis is Alfie and Lottie. Mommie says dat one day I will grow up to wook wike one ob dem. We just don't know which one because I'm too widdle to weally tell dat just yet!!






Mommie says dat yorkies are such funny widdle puppies!! She also says dat one widdle yorkie is a monster. I'm not sure who she's talking about dough!!


Now, I should say just one more fing before I go pway wiff Baywee (cause american idol is almost on!!) Dis is da fing, if widdle, tiny, cute puppies just happen to find mommie's cell phone cord and notice dat she's not eben using it at dat moment den dis cord should be fair game. I don't fink dat any widdle puppies should get yelled at because dey put teenie - tiny widdle teeff marks all ober it. I also don't fink dat it's fair dat mommie's should say dat dis $30 for dis cord should come outta my allowance!! Dis is an unfair tactic!! Dere is no way dat mommies can do anyfing drastic wike making puppies pay for dere own kibble or toys just cause dis cord MIGHT hab been chewed on. Dis is da important fing. Eben dough widdle tiny teef marks are visable dat doesn't mean dat I did dis!! No one saw me take any bites!! If I wasn't caught in da act den dis isn't my problem!!!

Also, it's not my fault dat mommie's shoes are missing. I was not seen carrying dem off, so again, dis is not somefing dat can be blamed on me. I fink dat mommie has a wot ob responsibility in dis area. Why isn't mommie watching me closer???????????

Dis is my fwiend, Bo. He's sick wight now and da doctor's are trying to figure out what's wrong wiff him. Bo's mommie and Daddy are worried sick ober him and Bo's feeling depresed himself! I know dat Bo's doctor is doing eberyfing dat he can do to make Bo feel better, but I fink dat we can all help too! How can we help?

Mommies don't weally wike it if you decorate dere entire house wiff a whole double woll ob toilet paper. Eben if you're just trying to do it to make fings wook better.

Me and Frog went to petsmart today

We boff got our nails trimmed. When we walked in da door where da groomers pwace was dey said to me "Baywee!!! We were just talking about you!!!" I fought dat dis was very nice!! I wub my friends dere!! Dey all lubed Frogknot too! Dey scratched at my ears and asked if I wiked Froggie. Ob course I wicked dem and told dem dat I lub da widdle tadpole!! When dey cut Frog's nails I was so proud ob him!! He didn't cry at all!! Not eben one time!! He eben wicked dere faces to say fanks for da nice nail cut!! Dis boy is very polite!! Mommie was very proud ob him dat he didn't cry!! Dey all handled him very carefully too so dat he wouldn't get scared! After our nail cut we got to wook at da toys and guess what we saw!! We saw a widdle 8 week old bully!! I weally wiked her and she weally wiked me too!! I was a widdle embarrassed dough! Dis widdle puppy fought dat I was her mommie and she was wooking for milk. Dis is one fing dat I don't hab!! I told her mommie dat dey need to take her to da grocery store for a farm or somefing wike dat!

After all dat excitement Frog got to pick out some toys. He got four new squeeky toys!! I didn't get any toys at all, but I got a new nylabone so I was great wiff dat. Frog only had one toy, so mommie wanted to gibe him a chance ob habing a toy dat he wikes. Eberyfing dat he picked out was dose latex squeeky toys. I don't wike dose fings at all. I can't pick dem up because I don't wike da feeling on my big wips. Froggie wikes dem dough. He's been waying here all night squeeking on dem. I hope dat day don't hab to sweep wiff us dough. I need my beauty rest!

It's COLD outside!!!!

I went outside dis morning and I couldn't eben stay out dere!! Not eben for a quick run!! I did my business and wan back inside! It's Currently -13 ° outside!! Dere weally should be a rule against dis kind ob weather!! I fink dat 73° ebery day sounds wonderful!! I miss sitting out on da deck in my chair!!

Mommie took a new picture ob da Frogman wast night to show how big he's getting!! To show his size she put a bottle ob rolaids (if you want to know why she needs does, she says dat me and frog cause heartburn, whateber dat means!!) in front ob him so dat you can see da difference. On Monday Frogknot will be 15 weeks old. I fink dat he's growing up fast, but sometimes it's just not fast enough!! Dis puppy has sharp teef!!


















Den she also took a new picture ob him sleeping by da remote control so you can see how much he's grown!! He's getting big!! I fink dat he's got big ears!!


We were supposed to go to petsmart today to get my nails clipped, but I don't fink dat we're going anywhere today. Mommie said dat dis weather isn't fit for man or beast. Dat includes mommies, bullies and widdle yorkie puppies! I fink dat mommie might take more movies today, so I hab to get to work on finking up somefing cute and adorable!!

Here's to hot cocoa and warm houses!! I hope dat people in Colorado remember how dangerous it is for dogs, or any animals for dat matter, to be outside in dis freeze. Happy Balentine's Day!!

Will you be our Balentine? Eben dat bad keekat's Balentine?

Mommie took Frog into Petsmart wast night just to introduce him to da groomers. Dey all fought dat he was cute and dey wanted to know what I fought about him. Mommie told dem dat I sometimes fink dat I'm Frog's mom and she finks dats great cause den da pressure is off her!!

Dey also found out dat dere is a one day seminar on how to housebreak puppies. It's later on dis month and mommie signed up for it. It's been about 10 years since mommie had to deal wiff puppies peeing, and dat was Ari. Since I was a rescue I didn't come to mommie's house until I was a widdle older den dat. I learned by following Awi. Mommie said dat she was my sister and she was also my mentor and I need to do dat for da Tadpole!!

Oh, and Frog didn't cry when dey held him!! Dis boy is making progress!!

Froggie did weally good!!

Mommie brought out dat mean ole vacuum cleaner again!! Dis time Froggie ran, but he didn't scream his widdle head off!! Frog wan under mommie's desk and ebery now and den he comes to da door and wooks to see da progress. Den when mommie was done vacuuming da wibingroom, den he came out to inspect da cleaning progress. Fings were just fine until mommie got out da broom. Da broom doesn't even make any noises, but Frog had to hide again!! He didn't come out until mommie finished washing all da tile. Den he came out and tried to wun across it. Now dat was one funny show!! Ceramic tile is very slippery and when he wan all his feet went in dere own directions and he fell! I wanted him to twy it again, but no way!! He did not eben want to walk on it. He cwied a widdle bit, den mommie rescued him.

Well, me an Frogknot need to get busy!! Mommie picked up all our toys and now we hab dat job ob taking eberyfing out again!!

Wook at Frog digging for toys!


I fink dat we just about hab all da toys taken out ob dis one toy box. Me an Frog hab 3 toy boxes. I fink dat is why mommie says dat we are spoiled, dis isn't da point ob dis story dough. We are fine wiff being spoiled and fink dat ebery dog should be spoiled. I fink dat is our right by law!!

So anyway, Frog is getting more comfortable and he's pwaying more and more ebery day!! I wike dat a wot because I wub to pway!!

Now isn't dat da funniest Frog face you'be ever seen??? Dis widdle Frog was trying to take a toy out ob my mouth. I ended up gibing him da uber end and we played a good round ob tug '0 war and dat was a fun time!! And dis is widdle Frogman trying to find another toy.




He is almost as small as some ob my toys!!


Mommie promised me a trip out today. I fink dat we are eber going to mcdonalds for a double cheeseburger, or dairy queen for ice cream. It's weally cold out dough, so I'm finking dat a warm food sounds good!! Frog doesn't get to go wiff us. He's not allowed to go anywhere yet. He still needs more shots, so he can't go anywhere but da vet and home for now!

Waising puppies is hard work

Dis puppy ob mine is a big mess!! Frog ripped up some paper towels in two teenie-tiny widdle pieces and it's all ober da floor. Now, who's going to pick dis mess up??? Mommie hurt her back so she can't get down on dis floor to pick dis mess up. I fink dat she finks dat dis is going to be my job!! Dis puppy is not just MY PUPPY!!!! Dis is mommie's puppy too!! I fink dat she should do some ob dis work!! I habe to entertain dis widdle fellow who finks dat he needs to be carried around while hanging on to my flews wiff his widdle, and very sharp, teef!! We hab a fwiend, Gala (dis is woobie's mommie!! Woobie is da easter bunny!!) who discovered dat she lives about 30 minutes from Frognot, TX! She told us dat she was going to take a wide in da car and see if she could get some pictures ob dis down dat Frog's named after!! Well, she was very sucessful (we knew she would be too!!) Dis is da note she wrote about dis town:

yep.... finally found it! They say it's not a 'town' really anymore. They don't have a population sign anymore, because people kept stealing it. This man has the original pumps in his front yard & a sign....& the water tower is down the road....but, other than that....that's all.

Well, it doesn't wook wike a jack in da box. It also doesn't wook wike Frog treed a keekat... hmmm A bad keekat-in-the-box! Dat is what it is!!

I had to take a widdle wook myself and sure enough dis keekat ob mine is parked right in dis crate. Wike he thinks he's safe from puppy teef and widdle kisses. I fink dat if I hab to deal wiff dose widdle teef and dis widdle frog running around under my wegs, den dis keekat ob mine does too! We did eventually force him on to higher ground dough. Waff!





We got a nice widdle note from Diane. She is Impy, Max and now her beautiful widdle rescue, Cassie's mommie in our email box today.

I am so pleased that Bailey and you have been able to open your hearts to little Froggy and welcome him into your home--even with all his crying.

Ari is smiling right now, because she knows how much love you and Bailey have to give from your hearts to little fellow, and Froggy will have the best home a pup could have.

Bailey will teach him the ways of being a good dog, and she will be his surrogate doggy mommy and love him so much.

You will be the best hooman mommy he could every want and he will grow up to be so loved and appreciated.
